Frequently asked questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing date.
What happens if I exceed my monitor limit?
Existing monitors keep running — we never pause checks because of a plan limit. You just can't create new ones until you upgrade or remove some.
Is a credit card required for the free plan?
No. Sign up with just email. 10 monitors, free forever, no trial.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Annual plans with a discount are on the roadmap. We're keeping it simple while we're early.
How do I cancel?
One click in Settings → Billing. Monitors keep running until the period ends, then you revert to Free.
