Terms of Service

1. Service

WatchTower ("the Service") is an uptime monitoring platform operated by Robot, DESTROY! LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to monitor endpoints you do not own or have permission to monitor. You may not use the Service to perform denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or any other malicious activity.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Data

We store check results, incident history, and account information. Data retention varies by plan. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Liability

Robot, DESTROY! LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including missed alerts, false positives, or service downtime.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
