What we collect

• Account data: email address, name (optional), billing information via Stripe
• Monitor data: URLs you configure, check results (status codes, response times), incident history
• Usage data: page views and feature usage via Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies)

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the monitoring service: executing checks, sending alerts, displaying dashboards, and processing payments.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data
• We do not share data with third parties except payment processing (Stripe) and email delivery (Resend)
• We do not use tracking cookies

Data retention

Check results are retained according to your plan tier (7 days free, 30 days starter, 1 year pro). Account data is retained until you delete your account.

Data location

Data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL, US-East) and processed on Vercel (US-East). Stripe processes payments in the United States.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@watchtower.works.
